About me
Moti – storyteller.
I traveled across Europe and Asia, working in hostels, agricultural farms and performing on the streets.
I spent over a decade in Poland without documents doing theater,
a period I call “My Sweet jail”.
It's when i stoped asking “Where are you from?”
and became interested in “Who are you?”.
The camera opened a new dimension in my life.
From standing in the spotlights as a performer,
I suddenly found myself hiding in the shadows behind the lens,
documenting a reality filtered through my personal perspective.
The streets remained my favorite stage, and I developed a passion
for capturing small conceptual collisions between people, objects,
and symbols.
I create outside the institutions of the art world and without formal training.
The work develops intuitively — through observation
and through a desire to dismantle the stories society tells itself.
Technical perfection is secondary to me.
The story inside the image is what matters most.
